What currency are your prices listed in?

For International deals all Prices Quoted are in US Dollars. You can change the currency prices by using any currency conversion tool on the net to work out how much equipment is costing in your own currency. For inland sales that is India we sell in INR (Indian National Rupee)

How do I pay?

We accept Bank transfers, Bankers Cheques, Demand drafts, Letter of credit; we also accept direct deposit into our bank. Please ask us for our bank details Click here...

How long does it take you to ship the equipment?

Equipments are usually despatched within 30 days after receiving an ordering the despatches could sometimes be quicker.

To speed up the despatch process we ask that you be on the lookout for our email correspondence. We may have some questions to ask you about your order and the sooner you reply the faster we can ship your goods.

What about Customs Duties?

Customs Duties and taxes if any of the relevant country the equipment is destined to apply and is paid by the purchaser.

Do you do Free delivery ?

Goods that are returned for repair or replacement in the warranty period will be shipped free of any freight charges.

What are my International shipping choices?

Internationally goods are sent via

Air shipment - which generally takes between 5-10 days to arrive depending on your location.
Sea cargo International 20-30 days - Track able - If you require that your goods have a tracking number then you must choose the clickable link in your order form. We will keep you posted every 48 hrs. Or you can check online (Depends on when ever and whichever country this service is available)

How much does freight cost?

Goods are sent by Air or cargo service to all locations internationally and via local transport within India.

Shipping charge is added automatically to your order and will appear in the invoice sent to you.
